We have five hotels/lodges that, when full, can accommodate almost 700 people in 220 rooms! We are certified 'green' by the Wisconsin Department of Tourism and to reduce waste we do not place shampoo and conditioner in our rooms. Our rooms are not equipped with hair dryers. We encourage you to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer, but we are happy to provide them at the front desk if it is impossible or impractical for you to bring them. Because we are a reflective retreat center, our rooms do not have TVs in them. However, we provide TVs in hotel lounges to watch a program together, and we have high speed Internet for streaming on your device in your room.

Bauer Lodge
Bauer Lodge has 64 rooms and suites, many with a lake view. Standard rooms accommodate 1 to 4 people and suites accommodate 1 to 6 people. In addition to a bedroom, suites have a sitting room that includes a queen sleeper sofa, microwave, and mini fridge. On the 1st floor there is one large meeting room and four smaller meeting rooms. There is a lounge with a fireplace, TV, microwave, refrigerator and complimentary coffee on the 2nd and 3rd floors. 
Kern Lodge
Kern Lodge has 57 rooms, many with a lake view. Most rooms accommodate 1 to 4 people each. Family rooms include a queen, a single and a bunk bed and accommodate 5 people each. There is one large meeting room and six smaller meeting rooms on the first floor. There is a lounge with a fireplace, TV, microwave, refrigerator and complimentary coffee on the 2nd and 3rd floors. 
Lawson Lodge
Lawson Lodge has 10 rooms (each with 1 queen bed) and is next to Roger Williams Inn. A bay window in each room offers a magnificent view of the lake and Memory Lane. In 2023, the rooms were renovated with boutique-style finishes including decorative lighting, tile showers, a mini fridge, new bedspreads, a sitting area and plush carpet. 

Ideal for an individual stay or small retreat, the lakefront Martin Luther King, Jr. meeting room accommodates 20 people comfortably.  In 2024 it was transformed and enhanced with patio doors that provide a great lake view. A deck on the other side of the patio doors is being added.

Roger Williams Inn
This historic hotel, built in 1930, has 70 rooms, most with a lake view, which accommodate 1 to 4 people each. The lobby has floor-to-ceiling windows offering a breathtaking view of the lake, an ornate fireplace and a charming restored phone room. There is generous space on the patios to read, rest and visit. Three meeting rooms are located off the 1st floor lobby. ​











Penthouse at Roger Williams Inn
The spectacular Penthouse, located on the 5th floor, accommodates 9 people in three rooms.
Lone Tree Lodge
Lone Tree Lodge is located 1/2 mile from the main conference area. There are 17 rooms with twin beds accommodating 39 people. There is a meeting room on the second floor.
